Lumetol Blue™ is a powerful tool—intended for informed, intentional use. It’s not recommended if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known G6PD gene mutation. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement, especially if you're taking medications.

Avoid combining with SSRIs or substances that increase serotonin (such as MDMA, MDA, or Ayahuasca), as methylene blue may interact with these pathways. While past cautions about serotonin syndrome have been updated by leading institutions, we advise an abundance of care.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in the refrigerator and use within six months for best potency.

• Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or if you have a G6PD gene mutation.
• Do not combine with SSRIs, MDMA, MDA, Ayahuasca, or any serotonin-increasing medications or MAO-Is.

Usage

Timing: Take 30–45 minutes before your SaunaSpace® session or morning light exposure for optimal photodynamic activation.

Method: Place at the back of the mouth and swallow with water. Do not let it dissolve in your mouth to avoid staining.
