The Shower Sauna Conversion Kit makes it easy to transform a standard bath stall into a full-spectrum sanctuary—no demolition, no electrical rewiring, and no commitment. It’s your personal infrared retreat, tucked discreetly into the space you already have.

At the heart is the Hearth Panel, powered by four FireLight® bulbs to deliver optimized light and heat therapy. The included Pedestal aligns the panel with your core, while the ergonomic Sauna Stool keeps you comfortable through every session. Two telescoping stainless steel rods hold up the organic cotton curtain, enclosing the space in natural, breathable beauty—no plastics, no synthetics, no off-gassing.

When your session is over, the whole setup breaks down in minutes and stores flat. Whether you live in a small apartment, a historic home, or just love minimalist flexibility, this is a sauna that meets you where you are—quietly, elegantly, and effectively.

HOW TO USE

Installation Requirements:

• Fits most full-size bathtub enclosures (minimum 41 inches of bath floor length required).
• Not compatible with smaller ¾ showers or PVC-lined stalls.
• Best suited for tile, porcelain, fiberglass, or other inert shower materials.

Set-Up Guidance:

1. Place the Pedestal in the rear of the shower enclosure and mount the Hearth on top.
2. Position the Sauna Stool 18–30 inches in front of the panel.
3. Extend and install the curtain rods across the shower opening and snap on the cotton curtain.
4. Plug in the Hearth using a grounded outlet (use the included tester to verify).
5. Ensure ambient temperature reaches at least 100°F (37.8°C) for optimal infrared exposure.

Breakdown & Storage:

• Remove Hearth, unsnap and fold Curtain, disassemble Stool and Pedestal. Rods may be left in place or removed.
• All components store flat in a closet or under a bed.

Curtain is machine washable.
