The Spa offers 90+ classes per week, including reformer Pilates, TRX, yoga, spin, cardio, sculpt, stretch, and restorative classes. The Spa features a beautiful and airy fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Spa Members may take advantage of one-on-one training available in all modalities- personal, yoga, pilates, pickleball, padel, and tennis.
