How to Use
Step 1: Fully Charge the battery. Place the battery on the back of the hat where the three magnetic dots are. The battery should easily click into place.
Step 2: Press and hold the power button. The battery will beep and the lights will turn on.
Step 3: Once the red light are illuminated, put it on your head. The battery will beep after the 10-minute treatment is up.
Step 4: Use the Red Light Hat daily for 10 minutes for 16 weeks. Follow up with regular maintenance treatment 3-4 times a week.
